CUP Tournament - Updated format

With the weather pushing the tournament out to Sep 19-20, the format needed to change to accommodate a few things. Sundays games start at 3:00PM. AMSC receives a BYE into the quarter finals.

Qualifying games are still 2 * 30 mins BUT knock-out stage games are now 2*25 mins to allow for KfTPMs, while still ending at a reasonable time in the evening.
