HI Team Managers and Players,

Our outdoor 2018 season registration is open. If you are an individual looking for a team, please register at www.miltonsoccer.com. Deadline to register for indies is May 15th.

If you manage a team, please fill out all pages of the team registration forms and submit via email or text a quality picture (or drop off at 821 Main St East). Deadline to register for teams is APril 15th.
