Adult Team Registration Summer 2016

Use the attached Adult Team Registration form to register your team.

Season starts May 23. This year, CUP games are single elimination games played during the week, with semi and finals played on September 10th (with rain day of Sep 11).

Fees are the same for Men but increased slightly for Ladies due to increase in cost for lights and complete referee crews for all CUP games.

Individual registrations can be done via our online registration tool at www.miltonsoccer.com. Do NOT register as an individual if you are on a team, or a $30 administrative fee will be deducted from what your manager receives.
